What happens in a session?

A brief health history questionnaire is answered prior to coming to your first session.

Your 60 min session involves a detailed discussion of your reason for visiting.

• Remaining fully clothed with shoes removed
• Lying face up or face down on a massage table
• Muscle monitoring using different muscles to help identify where imbalances exist for you, and why
• Non-invasive energy balancing to restore Qi flow, balance and wellbeing

After the session you may need to do some easy health support activities at home to support your ongoing balance. This may involve, for example, rubbing a lymphatic or a neuro-vascular point on your head or body as directed.
